How do I place an order?

You will need to register on the site before you can order online. Once your registration has been approved you can login and begin shopping. To order a product simply click on "Add To Cart". You'll be shown what's in your shopping cart. When you're ready to check out, just follow the prompts from there. It's easy. 

  

How do I know if it is safe to send credit card information over the Internet?

A deposit is taken online for your order and we use a secure and trusted third party, WorldPay, to process the payments. If you still have concerns about ordering electronically, you can contact us.

  

When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card will be charged the deposit immediately online. The balance of the order can be paid for later using an alternative payment method if required.

  

What forms of payment do you accept?

On our web site we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express. 

  

How long will it take for my order to be shipped?

From the time of the order being placed and activated the goods will be shipped from our base within 7 (seven) days.

  

Will I receive a confirming email once I place an order online?

Once you submit your order, you will see a “Confirmation” page in your web browser. This confirms that your order has been submitted and is being processed. You will also receive an email confirmation which you should keep for your records.

  

Are there any additional charges incurred on foreign orders?

Shipping and Transportation costs are calculated and detailed in your invoice. The goods are insured by us for their journey from our base to your delivery address.

  

What information is tracked and gathered on the web site?

Like most web sites, we use a “cookie” (a small data file which resides on the hard drive of your computer) to maintain certain information from your prior visits to our site. Only information you supply to our site is stored. This helps us identify you when you revisit our site and eliminates the need for you to reenter this information. The cookie is also used to keep track of your shopping cart information.

We use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server and to administer our web site. Your IP address is also used to help identify you and your shopping cart.

 

Your telephone number or e-mail address may be used should it be necessary to get in touch with you about an order you placed.
